Peru: Lima - San Francisco monastery

The San Francisco monastery is about 2 "cuadras" far from the Plaza de Armas, between Jiron Ancash and Lampa.

Entry will cost you about 5 nuevos soles. It's opened every day from 9.45 to 18.00.

The whole monument is composed by a church, a monastery and a museum.

The church survived from the earthquake in 1746.
The church was built during the 16th century and is inspired by "mudejar" (arabic) style.
